This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to registrations for the Inner Awakening Workshop organised by Anandam Foundation. Please read it before you register.
Cancellation by you
- 7 or more days before the workshop start date: you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, less any payment-gateway charges. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another person or carry it forward as a credit to a future Anandam Foundation workshop.
- Less than 7 days before the workshop start date: the registration fee is non-refundable. However, as a goodwill gesture, you may transfer your seat to another person or request a credit towards a future workshop, subject to our approval.
- No-show: if you do not attend without prior intimation, the fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation or rescheduling by us
If Anandam Foundation cancels the workshop, or reschedules it to a date you cannot attend, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled dates or a future workshop — your choice.
How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at info@anandamfoundation.org or +91 63511 63525 with your name, registered mobile number and payment reference. Requests are considered based on the date we receive them.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
